- Shipping & Delivery
- We make every effort to ship your order promptly, usually within 48 hrs after your order has been confirmed and authorised. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped via standard post and should take 3-5 business days to arrive once processed and shipped from our warehouse, these conditions may change depending on order size and country/region.We are currently unable to ship to the US and the Americas, these customers should visit www.mouthwatchers.com
- Returns & Replacements
- Merchandise purchased from Merchamp may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and in the original manufacturer’s labelled packaging with copy of original invoice included. Refunds are not issued except in the case of damaged or defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Returns must be authorised in advance by phone or email.
- To return an item to us for replacement or store credit, email us at sales@merchamp.com or call us on +353 (0) 1 8323766 Monday-Friday, 10am-4pm GMT. All returned merchandise must be in original condition and in the original manufacturer’s labelled packaging. Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and must include a copy of your invoice, a note describing the problem and your Return Authorisation number. You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective.
